The country is together with Serbia one of the world’s newest states, separated from ex-Yugoslavia and it obtained the independence at 03 June 2006. It has an important shore to the Adriatic Sea in south-west and the relief is mountainous with the maximum elevation which is in Durmitor peak at its 2.522 m in height.
