Relief, tourism, agriculture and Aruban climate:

The country has a relief mostly plain and dry with low altitudes where the locals are involved in tourism which is the main source of earnings for the island’s economy. Its wonderful beaches especially in the western part of the island attract lots of tourists annually. (Find more journeys on blog.worldlifetimejourneys.com) The agriculture is almost zero because of the unfertile soil, but the people cultivate peanuts and exotic fruits. It was part of the Netherlands Antilles till January 1986. Comparative with the other Caribbean countries, it has a very dry climate and some species of cactus can be found here. The annual medium temperatures are around 26-28º C. Visit Aruba!
