Relief, rivers and flora:
Angola has a diversified relief with the west part towards the ocean dominated by the Huila and Bié plateaus which are very high and have a mountain aspect and here is country’s highest point, Morro Moca peak at 2.620 m height. In the north part is a fertile coastal plain and the rest of the territory is covered with hills and plateaus that can get to 1.000 m height. It is crossed by many rivers among the most important are Cuango, Cuanza, Cunene and Cubango, but also the tributaries of Congo and Zambezi Rivers. The most part of the territory is covered by savanna but in north and in Cabinda region are luxurious tropical forests.

The Angolan climate is very hot, tropical with the dry season between May and October and the rainy season between November and April when the rainfall is abundant.
