Resources, relief and climate in United Arab Emirates:

This is one of the richest countries from the Middle East with considerable resources of oil and natural gas. The relief is composed by desert with a low elevation and few mountains at the border with Oman. The highest peak is Jabal Zibir at 1.527 m height. The climate is tropical, dry with temperatures that sometimes pass over 50º C in the interior. The population is involved in fishing as the main activity, but the tourism plays a more and more important role. The Arabian country obtained the independence at 02 December 1971. Its people have the highest standard of living among all Arabian countries and don’t have to pay any taxes for earnings.
