Relief, tourism, fauna and flora, climate and industry from Nepal:

This small and beautiful country is covered by mountainous relief in the most part of it and in the south is the only low and plain area where the agriculture is practiced. Himalaya Mountains are extended from west to east and have on the country’ s territory many peaks over 8.000 m height. The world’s highest peak is Everest on the border with China and is 8.848 m height. The most important earnings come from tourism which is more and more developed due to the beautiful and unique mountain landscapes and the country is very popular among the world’s alpinists. Fauna and flora are rich in species and the best known are the tiger, the elephant and the leopard. (Find more journeys on blog.worldlifetimejourneys.com) Although has a tropical climate, the largest part of the country has a cold climate because of the mountains and the high elevation. The most important industry is the textile industry, but the agriculture plays an important role. The country was declared a republic at 28 May 2008. Visit Nepal!
