Kuwait had a lot to suffer after the invasion of Iraq forces from 1990 and is still under a development and reconstruction period. The relief is composed from low sandy and some fertile areas and the water absence forces the people to use the desalination in factories. It is said that the country has the 10th part of the world’s reserves of oil and very important resources of natural gas which bring together the most part of the earnings. The climate is dry with hot summers and mild winters. There are powerful winds that often provoke sand storms.  The country obtained the independency at 19 June 1961. Visit Kuwait!
