Relief, climate, fauna and flora:

Costa Rican relief has somehow the same type of relief like all the other Central American countries, because here are also present the volcanoes in the central and northern part of the country and the two coastal areas have a low level with mangrove forests and sandy beaches frequented by tourists. The climate is tropical wet too, like in all Central America, rich in rainfall growing from west to east. Almost half of its territory has tropical forests home for many species of animals, birds, insects, reptiles, but also with a rich flora.

Agriculture, population and tourism in Costa Rica:

Costa Rican people are great producers and exporters of banana and coffee, with wide cultures of coffee trees. Besides the money earned from these, the country grows its economy from the natural and metallic reserves and from tourism. (Find more journeys on blog.worldlifetimejourneys.com) The teaching and sanitary systems are very well organized and developed and the place of the Central American University is here. The population is mostly Europeans with 95% from them, 3% are black people, 1% are indigenous people and 1% Chinese. This country has the highest standard of living from the whole Central America. The two National Parks, Corcovado and Tortuguero are well known for their rich fauna and flora, existing here animals like felines, tapirs, turtles, spider monkeys, howler monkeys, Capuchin monkeys, reptiles, but also over 300 bird species. Visit Costa Rica!
